Bank of London confirms changes to Bank and Group Boards

Bank of London confirms the departure of Chris Horne from the Bank and Group Boards and Sam Waite from the Group Board. 

This follows recent additions to the Group Board, including the appointment of Ariel Sergio Davidoff as Non-Executive Director. 

The Bank and Group Boards thank Chris and Sam for their significant contributions and wish them both the best for the future.
