Simon Walker is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in financial services, specialising in governance and risk management. He spent 30 years as a partner at KPMG and has chaired multiple committees, including serving as Chair of H&T Group PLC and Chair of Risk at OSB Group plc the FTSE 250 bank.
Alfred W. Moeckli has over 45 years experience in banking. As a generalist he has been exposed to Investment Banking, Tech Banking, Retail Banking and Private Banking. He served in the roles of either CEO or Chairman of the Board for banks in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Singapore, Hong Kong and BVI. He was one of the co-founders of Swissquote and most recently Group CEO of publicly listed VP Bank Ltd.
CEO with almost 40 years experience in financial services across a number of European Banks including ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS. Most recently the CFO of the Non Core and Legacy Division of UBS. Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Tony has a keen interest in the FinTech sector having recently completed an MSc in Data Science and Financial Technology.

Tom joined us from HSBC and previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank and BT, holding senior operations and functional COO roles. Josh is a seasoned GTM leader with over a decade’s experience across banking, consulting and fintech. Previous leadership roles held at Finastra and Synpulse Management Consulting, as well as roles at Accenture, J.P. Morgan, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in London and New York.

He has led the establishment of large-scale operations hubs, driving operational and cultural transformation. Guy’s expertise spans tech-enabled change, regulatory remediation, onboarding and KYC centralisation, and process and product platform development.
Sean has over 30 years of experience as a senior leader in risk management across a range of banks, including NatWest and Metro Bank and has previously worked in retail banking, asset finance, wholesale capital markets and corporate finance. He is responsible for enabling us to grow safely and sustainably, promoting a strong and inclusive risk culture which is designed to be understood and embraced by all of our colleagues.

Her expertise spans SaaS platform development, product innovation, and partnering with financial institutions to deliver solutions that create value for customers in an evolving industry landscape.
John has over 30 years' Financial Services experience in Banking, as a regulator and as a regulatory and risk management consultant. John has led Compliance and risk functions for global institutions including Lloyds Banking Group and RBS and has acted as a Skilled Person, advising Boards on their Governance, systems and controls. John has deep experience of UK and international regulation having worked in the UK, US and Australia.

Phil has over 25 years of experience as a business and technology senior leader across banking, fintech and consultancy, specialising in security, infrastructure, product management, agile software delivery practices and solution architecture and design.
Vincent brings a strong record of over 20 years in credit risk and audit roles, most recently holding the position of Regional Group Chief Audit Executive at Société Générale where he led the audit function across all Group businesses.
Sarah has over 15 years' experience in marketing and media holding roles at Havas, WPP and Publicis. She has led marketing strategies for clients ranging from FMCG and utilities to financial services and technology. Shortlisted as a finalist for Campaign's Inspiring Women 2025 Sarah is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the marketing and finance industries.
Alan has extensive experience in financial services law and fintech entrepreneurship, including founding a fintech company solving APP fraud and escrow payments for law firms and financial institutions. Previous roles include advising private equity firms at Kirkland & Ellis on large scale banking and debt finance transactions.
