She has advised firms and regulators on regulatory projects, leading multi-jurisdictional teams across the UK, Europe, Asia, the Americas, the Channel Islands, and the Caribbean.

With an impressive background in financial services during his long career, Mark brings with him a wealth of global experience in governance, internal audit, risk management and regulatory compliance and ethics, and conduct.

Simon Walker is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in financial services, specialising in governance and risk management. He spent 30 years as a partner at KPMG and has chaired multiple committees, including serving as Chair of H&T Group PLC and Chair of Risk at OSB Group plc the FTSE 250 bank.

Alfred W. Moeckli has over 45 years experience in banking. As a generalist he has been exposed to Investment Banking, Tech Banking, Retail Banking and Private Banking. He served in the roles of either CEO or Chairman of the Board for banks in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Singapore, Hong Kong and BVI. He was one of the co-founders of Swissquote and most recently Group CEO of publicly listed VP Bank Ltd.

CFO with almost 40 years experience in financial services across a number of European Banks including ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS. Most recently the CFO of the Non Core and Legacy Division of UBS. Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Tony has a keen interest in the FinTech sector having recently completed an MSc in Data Science and Financial Technology.

With over 30 years experience, Tom has a strong history of instigating, and leading, corporate transformation agendas while implementing new organisational capabilities, cultural change initiatives and operational turn-around. Tom joined us from HSBC and previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank and BT, holding senior operations and functional COO roles. Tom has a Masters degree from Oxford University and is an Allumni of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Aris Asimakis is Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Bank of London. With over 20 years’ experience in risk and regulation, including senior roles at Zempler Bank, Vanquis Bank, Tesco Bank and the PRA, he leads risk governance, compliance, and transformation to support the Bank’s safe, sustainable growth.

Hayden has over 25 years’ experience in treasury, financial control, and prudential regulation across global and challenger banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered, Lloyds Banking Group, and Morgan Stanley. He is currently responsible for finance and treasury at the Bank of London, overseeing balance sheet management, liquidity, and external reporting. A Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), Hayden is focused on data-led transformation, strong controls, and delivering high-quality financial insight to colleagues, clients, and regulators.
