People Operations Associate
Reporting to the Head of People, the People Operations Associate is responsible for the effective operation, control and continuous improvement of the People function’s processes, management information and governance arrangements. We are looking for an organised, delivery-focused People Operations professional to help build a scalable, well-controlled People function.
Transaction Monitoring and Sanction Screening Analyst
As part of the 2nd Line of Defence, the Financial Crime Risk Team sets the Bank’s Financial Crime Risk Policies and Standards framework, is responsible for monitoring and oversight of compliance with policy requirements, providing subject matter expertise advice and guidance, and internal and external reporting obligations. This Transaction Monitoring & Sanction Screening Analyst role ensures that AML/ Fraud and TM and Sanction screening processes operate to the highest standard by providing onsite leadership, clear oversight, expert risk assessment, and continuous challenge ultimately safeguarding the organisation against money laundering and financial crime.
